The 'Wall That Heals,' a 3/4 size replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C., will be passing through Holliston on Tuesday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. Please join the Holliston Veterans at the Town Hall then to honor the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Purple Heart Signs are Posted in Holliston

The Purple Heart is awarded for being wounded by an instrument of war at the hands of the enemy. The Purple Heart is also awarded posthumously to the families of those who were killed in action.
American Legion Fund Raising Claim

I was approached by residents of Holliston this morning who know that I am the Commander of Holliston American Legion Post 47. They told me that they had received a call this morning from a fund raiser, claiming to be soliciting funds for the Holliston American Legion. Let me say that the Holliston American Legion is not conducting a telephone fund raiser.
