I know that officials have talked about the Town acquiring scattered sites for affordable housing for years (as opposed to building housing projects). I "assume" that a deed restriction on this condo will limit how much profit or equity the owner will be able to extract so that the price at resale in the future will still be "affordable." I am delighted to see this progress! Congratulations to all who made this come to fruition.
