Thank You
(Maddi as a puppy)
I am in the military and I spent 2009-2010 deployed to Afghanistan. At the time, I didn’t have anyone to watch my beloved dog Madison, so I contacted Holliston Meadows. They were willing to take her in and care for her for over a year while I was deployed. The staff was amazing and sent lots of pictures and even videos of her while I was away. Without their care and willingness to take her in, I would have had to take her to a shelter.

So this Valentine’s Day, when I think about the loved ones in my life, I think of Holliston Meadows and the great favor that they did for me.
Thank you and I wish you all a Happy Valentine’s Day...
Emily
Emily, as a fellow Veteran I thank you for your service. If you search this site- you will see stories of other local heroes that I have written. It would be an honor to meet with you and share your story with the community if you are interested. I look at it from a human perspective of what you have accomplished in your life- not solely what you did overseas. My goal is to show that we are Veterans, but people too!... and if you aren't interested, I fully understand, but I still recommend reading the stories on here- and above all else, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! Emily! Thank you so much. That may be the best Valentine ever. We still talk about Madison all the time. She is sorely missed but I can clearly see that that she is happy and well. Give her a big hug. Amanda Any word on Papi?
