Hello to Rails to Trails Support, 

The Holliston Trails Committee is doing a trail cutting and clean-up this Saturday, May 1.  We will be working the end toward Sherborn.  We meet at Mayflower Landing off Brook Street (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl )  We will be working from 9 am to noon. 

Come anytime and join us.  Bring brush cutting tools, gloves, and long pants.  We are making great progress toward Holliston having a multi-recreational bike path in town.

The Holliston Trails Committee has an opening on the board and encourages anyone who would like to serve on the board, please contact Robert Weidknecht at rweidknecht@comcast.net   We meet once a month at the Town Hall and conduct our business in about an hour to an hour and a half.  If you wish to sit in on a meeting, everyone is welcome.  The meetings are posted on the board across from the Town Clerk’s office. Our next meeting this Thursday, May , 7:00, Town Hall.

Your ongoing interest and support for the Holliston Recreational Trail is appreciated.  We are making progress toward the acquisition and development of the old rail bed for the recreational trail.
