Holliston Artists Participate in Fountain Street Open Studio Event 

Laurie Leavitt and Beth Hoffer will be participating in the 14th annual Open Studios Weekend taking place in the historic Bancroft Building at 59 Fountain Street in Framingham.  Fountain Street Studios is a thriving artists’ community including over fifty working artists, the largest artist community in Boston Metrowest.

Laurie will be showing her recent work featuring studies of trees in New England throughout the seasons.  Her recent landscapes are the most abstract and impressionistic of her paintings.  She will also be showing work from her more precisely rendered “Fruit and Vegetable Series.” 

Beth will have a large selection of her work available as framed art, matted prints and note cards.  Beth’s photography is inspired by the natural and architectural beauty of New England. 

You will be able to find both artists on the 3rd floor, west wing.  The event takes place on Friday, April 9, from 6pm – 9pm;  and  Saturday and Sunday, April 10 and 11, from 11am – 5pm.
