The Holliston Public Library will present “Strategies for Successful Students” on Wednesday, January 31 at 7 pm.  The speakers are Melissa Wilson and Dan Levine from Engaging Minds, an after-school learning center with an office in Natick.  Their program will focus on showing parents how to help their middle-school students who struggle to initiate tasks, set goals, complete homework and stay on track. They will cover strategies to reduce academic stress and strengthen executive skills at home.  Although the program is designed for middle-school parents, all parents are welcome.  Melissa and Dan are donating their time and the program is free.  It will take place in the meeting room on the lower level of the library.
