Nature Walk on Saturday, June 24 at 8 AM along the Rail Trail
The Holliston Conservation Associates will be holding a nature walk on Saturday, June 24 at 8 AM along the rail trail. Donna Cohen and Marc Connelly will lead the walk and the focus will be on our local birds and plants. One feature is a heron rookery with active nests. Morning is a great time to see the parents feeding young. Meet at the rail trail crossing on Mayflower Landing, off Brook Street near the IPE Technologies sign. The walk is about .4 miles, on flat, unpaved surface. Bring binoculars if you have them, sunscreen, and insect repellant.
