Cormier's Self Defense for Women

Cormier's Self Defense Academy is announcing its new morning self defense program designed specifically for women ages 17 and older. Women will learn effective self defense techniques to physically fend off an aggressor and develop situational awareness, including how to identify the body language of someone who may be in danger.

Cormier's Self Defense Academy in Holliston today announced the launch of a morning self defense program designed specifically for women. Dates:Tuesday mornings from September 29th – November 3rd Time: 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Cost: 60.00 per person

In this course, women will learn effective self defense techniques and real, practical skills to help them de-escalate aggressive situations and to physically fend off an aggressor. Students will develop situational awareness, including how to identify the body language of someone
who may be in danger. Skills obtained will be derived from karate, jujitsu, and/or judo.


Each week, students will learn new strategies and review previous material. This course does
not require uniforms. No experience is necessary; Cormier's instructors work closely with their students, providing instruction based on the needs and capabilities of each individual learner.
This Women's Self Defense Course is ideally suited for all women over 17 years of age,
especially, women entering college, college students, and recent graduates. To enroll or to
