The Holliston Foundation Announces Four New Scholarship Awards
The Holliston Foundation announces four new scholarship awards for the class of 2015. Applications for all HSF Awards are available at the High School Guidance office.
The Joey Larracey Award:
This is a scholarship award given in memory of Joey Larracey, a member of the Holliston High of 2010. Since 2009, the family and friends have numerous scholarships in Joey’s memory and beginning this year will give an annual award in his name to a member of every graduating class at Holliston High School.
The Peter D. Sawyer Award:
This award is given in memory of the Peter D. Sawyer, a Holliston resident for over twenty five years and parent to two Holliston High School graduates. Preference will be given to a student who is pursuing an education in a technology related field.
The Donna R. Keenan Award:
This award is given for the first time in memory of Donna R. Keenan, a decade long resident of Holliston and mother of two Holliston students and a recent graduate of Holliston High School. The award is given by her family and the Holliston Scholarship Foundation.
The Masonic Lodge Award:
This Award will be given for the first time by the Holliston Masonic Lodge and The Holliston Scholarship Foundation to a Holliston senior who demonstrates the Masonic traditions of tolerance, community service and charity.
