Pantry Shelf Appreciates Community Support

by Amy Porter
12/17/2013

Jill Schermerhorn, owner of Studio D, presents Pantry President,
Carl Damigella, a check from the $10 haircut promotion at the Holiday
Stroll. The chairs were packed at Studio D as the stylists gave 55
customers haircuts within two hours.

Many thanks also to Jill and her husband, Tom, along with building
co-owners, Paul & Janet Guidi, for the use of the space between Studio
D and Holliston Superette during the stroll and throughout the month
of December. The extra space has been essential in preparations for
the 130 Holiday Baskets to help Pantry families celebrate the holidays.

Pasta Dinner With Santa Wrap-up

The Holliston Pantry Shelf van was full of paper goods thanks to the
Holliston families who participated in the Pasta Dinner With Santa on Monday night.

Over 200 children and their parents celebrated the holidays with a free pasta dinner,
generously donated by The Fairview at Pinecrest. Guests visited with Santa while having their pictures taken with members of the Holliston Lions Club.
