Summer Oasis

Celebrating Summer – Making Memories

Summer Oasis is the summer program of Holliston Extended Day.  It is open to from age 3 to entering grade 9.  Located conveniently at Miller Elementary School, Oasis offers high quality care with a mature adult teaching staff.   The enriching activities at Oasis include arts, science, music, drama, cooperative games and challenges, outdoor activities and community connections, field trips, and of course our famous water slide.

Summer Oasis uses a community building model based in our Extended Day
philosophy of relational community based social learning.  The Extended Day model
is designed to engage the children in a carefully engineered kid-centered
play-based community.  First and foremost the Summer Oasis community
belongs to the kids. It is their community – their world.  At its heart Oasis is a
place where kids play. As the kid’s take part in games and activities, their
interest and input will determine the choices that their counselors offer.
Each day also includes plenty of time to hang-out with friends and follow individual
interests. As they play the children also have the opportunity to practice social competencies, develop character assets and citizenship skills, and acquire life
skills.  The mature, adult counselors are there to support, encourage, and guide.

Tuition discounts and scholarships are available.  For more information please
