Letter to the Editor
Last October Marty Lamb criticized Dykema for voting against putting committee votes online. Even the moderator challenged her about voting against this common sense transparency reform. At that point in the debate, she said she would now support putting these votes online. That promise was very short lived.
In the third vote to happen this year, she voted against it again. This is a prime example of a politician saying anything to get elected and then doing the opposite on Beacon Hill.
Rep. Dykema has proven she is the ultimate Boston politician with no respect for the voters.

It is very telling that those who are voicing their objections to Rep. Dykema direct their commentary to the Rep. and her actions, while those appearing to support her ignore the complaint and hurl personal insults. When you haven't got any facts to rely on, and you can't mount a defense on the merits, just call your opponents names. I think that pretty much says it all.

This is about holding elected officials accountable. Of course, her supporters want her votes to stay hidden. Rep. Dykema flip flopped on publishing committee votes online. She voted with the Speaker as usual. Moreover, all of her votes so far are with the Speaker this year. Her campaign rhetoric claiming to be an "Independent Democrat" in campaign literature is false.

Iron Mike and Lisa Keefe need to get in touch with reality - their candidate was soundly rejected in last November's elections and there's a reason for that - Carolyn Dykema is an intelligent, knowledgeable and very effective State Representative and the voters know it and appreciate how well they're needs are being represented - I lived in Boston for 17 years and Carolyn Dykema is the ultimate Holliston, Hopkinton, Southborough and Westborough politician which is why she keeps getting re-elected by 60%or 70% of the vote.

A simple google search shows that you are one of Marty's many trolls who posted pre-written (email blasted) op-ed's to local newspapers and websites all election season. I don't know about you, but when I read the press release from Carolyn on the HR this week I thought wow she is doing a great job. You should take a look at how many important issues she is tackling right now - also, maybe before you criticize our representative for not supporting local issues - take a look at the work she has been doing on fighting a Milford casino and on implementing gun control. I don't know about you, but these are the issues that me and my wife care about!

Marty Lamb has been vindicated! He was right about her all along. She NEVER wanted transparency. She is a serial liar. It's sad really, - as a typical liberal Massachusetts Elite-ocrat, she can't help herself. She really believes she's smarter than the low-information voters, so she says one thing during a campaign, - then votes exactly the way the Speaker tells her to. As obnoxious as Dykema is as a person and as a politician, what's REALLY obnoxious is how many people are still willing vote for liars like her - simply because they are 'Democrats'. You think all those union guys who turned out for her last fall are following her voting record? We haven't had a real democrat in this state in over 30 years! Now we have Kleptocrats!
