Many Holliston businesses donated raffle items: Cindy Canavan, a Mary Kaye rep from Holliston, Depot Liquors of Holliston, Fiske's General Store of Holliston, the Holliston Superette, Holliston Meadows Pet Resort, SpriteWear of Holliston,  and the Hopkinton Gourmet.

 

Holliston Meadows Pet Resort has hosted our bath for 5 years in a row, regularly supplying water, soap, buckets, towels, a helpful staffer, and most of all a safe and clean venue for us. Fiske's donated our balloons, as they do every year.

 

At the close of our bath we were visited by Officer Matt Stone and his wife and dog. Our raffle netted $125.00 for the Holliston K9 Unit. Many people were pleased to find a way to support our local police at the bath. If there is continued financial need for the K9 Unit, Holliston Roots and Shoots is committed to offer help in the future.

 

Many people have congratulated our group for raising over $6,000 in total to help homeless pets. The congratulations must be shared with our generous, supportive community, which makes this event possible.
