Notice of Public Hearing

The Board of Selectmen and the Cable Television Advisory Committee of the Town  of Holliston will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 18, 2012, at 8:00 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Room 105, at Holliston Town Hall, 703 Washington Street.

The purpose of the hearing will be to solicit comments from the community regarding the performance of Comcast and the future needs and interests with respect to the proposed renewal of the cable television license for Comcast in accordance with the ascertainment process under 207 CMR 3.05.  Documents relating to the license renewal process may be reviewed at the  Selectmen’s office and copies may be made for a reasonable fee. 

Interested residents are urged to attend the hearing and/or to submit written comments to  the Board of Selectmen, Room 103, Town Hall, 703 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746.

Thank you Pat, good to hear that you have no problems with Comcast. Rest assured that there is no intention to "not keep" Comcast as a cable vendor. Obtaining feedback from residents is one of 5 steps to renew the current license renewal agreement. It would be great to have you attend the hearing next Monday the 18th. Jenny
