Participating establishments will give attendees tastings of a variety of culinary items and beverages such as: specialty cheeses, wines and beers, Italian pasta, pizza, Chinese appetizers, grapenut and custard puddings, gourmet chocolates, a variety of sandwiches, lobster bisque, asiago chicken baguettes, Italian pasta, soups, bakery items and more.

The participants to date include: Arcadian Farms, Bella Costa, Bertucci’s, C&R Hot Dogs, Candy Cottage, Central Café, Depot Package Store, Gaetano’s Bakery, Holliston Grill, Jing’s Garden, Nello’s Café, Out Post Farm, Pejamajo’s Café, Sherborn Inn, Superette, Thai Pepper and The Wine House.
