Newcomers Announces Grants
Holliston Newcomers Club Continues its Tradition of Giving Back to the Community Applications Are Now Being Accepted for 2011 Grants
Each year the Holliston Newcomers Club (HNC) gives back to Holliston and
enriches the community by issuing grants to individuals or organizations that make a significant impact and provide a needed service or project which helps a large number of Holliston residents. As of Monday January 3rd applications will be available at Coffee Haven or can be downloaded from http://hollistonnewcomers.org/ Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2011 and grants will be awarded in April 2011.
For over 20 years the Newcomers Club has been demonstrating its commitment to the community by funding many projects and services in town. Last year the Club gave back approximately $15,000 to the Holliston community. Many great projects, including the Library’s museum passes and the Goodwill park Concert Series were funded by this grant program. For more information or questions about the grants

The Holliston Newcomers Club is a nonprofit organization that coordinates
charitable, civic, educational and recreational events and activities in the
town of Holliston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to encourage association among community members and to foster community spirit. Our membership is open to both residents and non-residents of Holliston, and you need not be new to the area to join.
