Should your child be in a booster seat?

Booster Seats 101

Children need a booster seat until the seat belt fits, when they’re about 4 foot 9 inches tall and 80 to 100 pounds.

Child safety seats, booster seats and seat belts when installed and used properly, can prevent injuries and save lives. Learn more about who should be in booster seats, types of booster seats and proper fit at www.safekids.org/stages.
