Charles Thomas Hardiman, 55, of Woonsocket, RI and a former longtime resident of Holliston, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Gabrielle (Faubert) and James M. Hardiman. He was the husband of nearly 18 years to Milly (Georgsdottir) Hardiman of Woonsocket.

Charlie enjoyed all things cars; especially fixing them. He was a horse owner and enthusiast who took pleasure in harness racing. He also liked to play poker with friends and was clever with numbers. In his younger years he participated in Motor Cross, and was still an avid fan. Charlie had also lived in Iceland for some time.

Besides his wife, Charlie is survived by his siblings, Jim Hardiman, Daniel Hardiman, William Hardiman, Shelley Jenkins and Andy Hardiman. He also leaves behind three children, Inga, Rebekka, and Odinn; his grandson, Hektor, his godson Michael Jenkins and man nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 31st from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at New England Chapel, 40 Kenwood Circle, Franklin. A funeral service will follow visitation at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New England Chapel, 40 Kenwood Circle, Franklin, MA 02038.
