The Holliston Senior Center Luau was a great success as evidenced by the many attending. The Holliston Cultural Council sponsored the entertainment. The State nutritional program sponsored the lunch.  And the Holliston Senior Support Foundation sponsored the desserts.

It was a fun filled afternoon for the Select Board, and Town administrator Jeff Ritter, who joined the seniors, to support their program. The Select Board also went on a tour of all the recent improvements of the center and held a brief meeting.

The Senior Center is getting ready for the Fall Fair on September 7th. Many nice items will be available both inside and outside the Senior Center.

Linda Flannery and Anne Pelon enjoy the feast.  Gerta Call is seen in the background manning the Senior Center phones.

Kitchen volunteers were working hard serving a sit-down luncheon - service with a smile!

What luau would be complete without some crooning? Tommy Roul provided the melodies for this year’s luau.

Charlie Ahronian got in the luau spirit too.

Many thanks to the volunteers and staff for all their work - especially for bringing the fun of the Hawaiian islands to Goulding Street.
