5:14 am: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington St. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
7:25 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual denied injury or illness; a signed waiver was obtained.
7:54 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
8:49 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
9:12 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.
12:03 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
2:02 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Ashland Street.

8:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from the Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dodd Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
Saturday, July 13
9:54 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Lt. Brian Kramer, the ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington St. One person was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
10:00 am: Landing Zone - Deputy Mark Dellicker, Engine 1 and Forest Fire 2 secured a landing zone for Boston MedFlight on Hollis Street.
10:27 am: Public Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker and Forest Fire 2 responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.
10:30 am: Medical Alarm – Weekend Duty Oficcer Deputy Mark Dellicker, Forest Fire 2 and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical alarm on Central Street. The alarm activation was unintentional.
2:12 pm: Assistance Call – Firefighter Ken Fisher and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Ashland Street.
4:46 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash - The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries.
