Friday, June 28

8:22 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dorset Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:10 pm: Structure Fire – Deputy Jim Moore, Ladder 1, Engines 2 and 3 responded to a deck fire on Cabot Road.

5:18 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – Captain John Gagnon, Weekend Duty Lieutenant Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Exchange Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:59 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Saturday, June 29

1:11 am: Medical –The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:15 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Peter Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:04 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Grace and Firefighter Mike Gulla investigated an odor on Fiske Street.

Sunday, June 30

3:35 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jackson Drive . A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:02 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dorset Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:21 am: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

11:45 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Grace investigated a faulty alarm on Pamela Drive.

2:39 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Grace and Firefighter Mike Gulla, Engine 3 and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:43 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Grace and Firefighter Mike Gulla investigated an arcing transformer on Burnap Road. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

7:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded mutual aid a medical emergency on Kimberly Drive in Medway. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:40 pm: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:54 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Monday, July 1

2:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:59 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Mitchell Road.

3:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:34 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Courtland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

8:21 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, July 2

4:29 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Chamberlain Street.

8:07 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

8:44 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:05 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:31 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:00 am: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy responded for a child locked in a bedroom on Goulding Street.

10:36 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:13 am: Medical - An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

3:52 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wingate Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, July 3

12:03 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
