8th Graders Basketball Team Top Waltham
The Holliston 8th grade boys D3 basketball team participated in the featured match-up from a full slate of games for Holliston Youth Basketball's travel teams at the Adams Middle School gym on Sunday. Holliston faced off against Waltham and earned a hard fought 49-41 victory in a contest that was close throughout. Strong performances from Andrei Koev (11) and Owen McCarron (41) and a stellar team-wide defensive effort were among the keys to victory as the Panthers celebrated their second league win of the young season.
