Kids Yoga returns to Prana
So excited to be offering a children's yoga class this fall. I've been teaching the kids Yoga all summer at camp, and some of them asked to continue in the fall.
I started Yoga in my teens and wish I had started earlier! Yoga benefits children in so many ways. They learn techniques to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety through breathwork and healthy movement
- Build focus and concentration through balancing and mind-body practices
- Boost self-confidence and a healthy body image
