Kids Yoga returns to Prana

So excited to be offering a children's yoga class this fall. I've been teaching the  kids Yoga all summer at camp, and some of them asked to continue in the fall.

I started Yoga in my teens and wish I had started earlier! Yoga benefits children in so many ways. They learn techniques to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety through breathwork and healthy movement
  • Build focus and concentration through balancing and mind-body practices
  • Boost self-confidence and a healthy body image
