From July 16 – 22, seventeen Scouts and three leaders from Holliston’s Boy Scout Troop 14 spent a week at Camp Squanto which borders Myles Standish State Park in Plymouth MA.  It was a great week for the Troop, which won the INSPECTION UNIT AWARD on Tuesday for the best looking campsite; the “Kool-Aid” Patrol Award - 1st Place Tuesday night for the camp wide Theme Night competition; and for the 5th year in a row, the Troop took 1st Place in the camp wide Apache Relay race on Wednesday night.   The Scouts earned over 50 merit badges over the course of the week.

Troop 14 is Holliston’s Oldest Boy Scout Troop, Proud Wearers of the Black Watch Tartan. Chartered by St. Mary’s Parish, we meet Monday Nights from 7:00 - 8:30 PM in St. Mary’s Lower Church Hall. Troop 14 will resume regular Monday night Meetings on September 11 at St. Mary’s.  If interested in joining or supporting Troop 14, come to any of our meetings on Monday nights.  Boy Scouts is an ideal organization for boys 11-17 years old.
