Coming up in May - Prana's big spring show, Mulan Jr.!

Featuring 75+ talented kids and teens, Mulan is a beautiful retelling of a classic Chinese folktale about a girl who basically saves the whole country. She has to fight a lot of sexism and prejudice along the way (of course!) but fairness and girl power win out in the end.

(pictured, Jenna Goldman plays Mulan and Claudia McMahon is her sidekick Mushu!)

Take a quick relaxing break!

Last week I spent a few days at Kripalu Center (where I got my yoga training) and recorded a little relaxation video out my window. Click here to watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4lzy4lmgKo

Enjoy Yoga and support ALS Research *

New to Yoga? Make a $50 donation to the Sharon Timlin Run/Walk for ALS research and enjoy 30 days of unlimited Yoga at the Prana Center. The donation is in honor of our friend Bill Wechsler who was diagnosed in March 2016. To read Bill's story, click here. Once you make your donation, just email the receipt or bring it with you (your 30 days start the day you come in for classes so you can donate now even if you aren't ready to come in yet.)

(If you already have a yoga card and would like to donate, we will donate the Yoga Card to the Holliston Pantry Shelf.)

Choose from 15 classes/week with 7 teachers in a wide variety of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Kripalu, Slow Flow, Yoga with Weights, Gentle Yoga, and more.

* ALS research got a big boost two years ago with the Ice Bucket challenge but donations are way off and a cure is desperately needed! If you don't know Bill, he is a beloved member of the Holliston public schools family.
