December 19, 2016 - Miller and Placentino school children shattered their goal with a record 2,312 lbs. of food and paper goods collected in the 3rd annual Project 351 Food Drive benefiting the Holliston Pantry Shelf.   The Fifth Grade Student Leadership Team along with Project 351 Alum and Holliston High School junior Michaela Campbell planned and organized this remarkably successful food drive.

The collection featured a theme for each day of the week-long food drive.  Donations included paper goods and soup, canned tuna and turkey, cereal and kid’s snacks.    More than 400 Holliston residents turn to the Holliston Pantry Shelf to meet their need for food.    The Pantry is staffed entirely by a organization of more than 80 volunteers.   Residents who visit the Pantry are promised confidentiality and are able to shop for their own food items in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.   If you would like more information about the Holliston Pantry Shelf, please visit www.hollistonpantryshelf.org.
