Holliston residents, Ed & Doriane Daniels, along with Liz Kelly, announce the creation of Vesta Real Estate Group.  After 18 years as “The MAhome Team,” serving real estate clients in and around Holliston, they launched a team office at 330 Woodland St. in Holliston. 

“Typically, realtors struggle to balance the many roles necessary to successfully support their clients,” explains Ed Daniels. “Our team provides clients with focused expertise in all facets of their real estate transaction.” Vesta Real Estate Group has a professional dedicated to each category:  Buyers, Sellers, Marketing, & Administration.

Ed Daniels is Team Leader for Vesta Real Estate Group, and takes on the role of Marketing Manager.  The internet marketing plan offered by the company is a mixture of local promotion and national advertising.  Most people recognize the top websites used to expose listings to the most buyers:  Zillow.com, Trulia.com, and Realtor.com.   Vesta Real Estate Group purchases additional premium advertising on these sites increasing internet traffic to the team and all of their listings.

With several years of experience, the fourth team member is Jennifer Lecesse.  As Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator, Jennifer seamlessly manages many office and client details.  If you have ever bought or sold a home, you remember the many moving parts throughout the process.  From paperwork to ensuring financing deadlines are met, Jennifer communicates consistently with everyone involved in a given transaction right up to closing day.
