September came and went in the blink of an eye!

October is here and it is jam packed with many events, meetings, and activities!  Below is a summary of ES PTSA focused events.
 

Fall Fundraiser:  We thank you for your generous support!  Our Alternative Fundraiser has brought in $6,000!  Profit from Genevieve's orders is approximately $3,500 which leaves us about $3,000 short of our goal. 

These funds are integral for ES-PTSA and all that we do including Math/Reading/Bingo/Family Fitness Nights, Teacher Grants, and Culture Connection programs.

If you would like to participate in the Alternate Fundraiser, simply send a check made payable to Holliston PTSA or cash into Placentino/Miller office in an envelope marked "Fall Fundraiser/PTSA,"  We hope to have all donations in by October 16 to ensure funding for our events scheduled for the 2015-2016 school year.

We are selling Boston Coffee Cakes through Genevieve's from now until Friday, October 16, 2015.  In order for us to place an order we need to order 150 cakes.

You will receive a message back from Stacey Raffi advising total/how to pay.  All orders must be emailed by Friday, October 16.  We have a three week window for orders to be processed.

Orders WILL need to be picked up the week of November 16 at Miller/Placentino.
 

Fall Book Fair:   "Book Fairs by Bookends" is scheduled for Wednesday October 14 and Thursday October 15 from 3:30-8:00p in the Placentino Library.  Books appropriate for grades PK-5 will be available for purchase (cash, credit cards, and checks made payable to Holliston PTSA).  French books will be available for purchase (cash and checks made payable to Holliston PTSA only).  Author/Illustrator Scott Nash will be signing books on Wednesday October 14 between 3:30 and 4:30pm.  We hope to see you!
 

Destination Imagination (for students in grades 3 -12):  
Registration forms for2015-2016  Destination Imagination Teams are being accepted through Thursday, October 15

ES PTSA Member Meeting:  Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30pm in the Placentino Cafetorium.  This meeting is open to all Holliston community members especially those with students in our elementary schools.  Active members can vote at the meeting so be sure to pay your membership!  We hope to see you there!
