New Parks and Recreation Programs

The Holliston Recreation Department is pleased to announce some new and exciting program additions to their Fall line-up!

ABT Girls Fitness Group!

Certified Personal Trainer Nikole Auger will be leading a new fitness group, designed to inspire girls to change their thinking about themselves and help them to believe that they are strong, beautiful, healthy and powerful! ABT GIRLS FITNESS GROUP will include a variety of fitness activities and nutritional tips and it is a great way for girls to get healthy, fit and gain confidence. All fitness levels in grades 2 through 5 are encouraged to join! The program begins Tuesday Oct 27th and will run for 8 weeks, ending December 15th from 4:00-5:00pm at Athletic Based Training, 16 Everett Street, Holliston. The cost is $100.00

Música Mamá y Yo en Español

The Recreation Department is offering a new twist on an old favorite! Sign-up now for the Spanish version of one of Holliston Recreation Department’s most popular programs. Música Mamá y Yo en Español teaches children to explore a second language while singing, dancing and playing games in SPANISH! Parents will also get the chance to learn, or brush up on their Spanish skills because active parent involvement is a requirement in this class! The program, taught by instructor Viviana Vilches, is open to ages 2 and up and will run beginning Tuesday October 20th through December 15th from 12:45-1:30pm at the new home of Holliston Parks and Recreation—1750 Washington St. The cost for the 8-week program is $80.00.
