Class of 2015 Graduates on June 7, 2015

June 7, 2015, was beautiful day to celebrate 174 members of the class of 2015 joining the alumni of Holliston High School.

Superintendent Brad Jackson and Principal Nicole Bottomley led the procession of faculty and graduates.

Class President Rhys Jacobson and Vice President Julia Luo led their classmates

The Holliston High Band, under the direction of Laura Bilodeau, played the traditional  Elgar Pomp and Circumstance as the graduating class entered the Rowles Field House.

Senior members of the chorus presented our National Anthem to open the ceremonies.

Principal Nicole Bottomley welcomed all to the class of 2015 graduation ceremony congratulating the class and their four years of accomplishment and advised them to learn by mistakes, and to remain humble and stay happy.

Superintendent Dr. Brad Jackson noted that this was the 11th class graduation he has addressed, and that this class has overcome adversity suffering the loss of two classmates, struggling families and with class perseverance have overcome hardship. This is a remarkable class, "you are great," persevere. rejoice and change the world.

Emily Day and Benjamin Rutberg with Ms Laura Bilodeau presented a musical performance of Videotape-Radiohead.

Class Salutatorian Daniel Higgins asked his classmates to stand and give a hug to the classmate standing next to them. There was great and happy response enjoyed by all.

Class Valedictorian Sarah Stebbins thanked all parents for their continued support.

Anna Clark, with Stuart Britton, presented Breakaway.

Class President Rhys Jacobson celebrated growing up with the class of 2015 and the success of the class will guide us all in the future and continue be a great part of the class of 2015.

Youxiao Wang did a beautiful rendition of Tyrone Wells "Time of Our Lives" to close the program.

All graduates had a selected staff member to present their diploma.

The tassels were turned from left to right to indicate the student is now a member of the Holliston High Alumni.

A cap toss proved the point,

The grads, parents and friends had an opportunity to rejoice and take pictures after the ceremony on the grounds of the high school.
