Do you love how yoga makes you feel?

Would you like to introduce that to your child? Kelly DiChiara, certified Hatha yoga teacher, is conducting weekly classes at The Prana Center where children are taught techniques of deep breathing and introduced to yoga postures, all while acting out imaginative themes to make it fun and engaging.  Classes last 45 minutes and are intended for children ages 4 & 5 years old and an adult.
Just $15 per class for the both of you, or one class on your Prana class card.  This class is held on Tuesdays mornings from 10:30 to 11:15.  Drop-ins welcome.

Kelly is also teaching an Adult Hatha class.  This gentle class is  great for beginners or anyone who is looking to take a relaxing break during the day.  The class will start with pranayama (breathing exercises) as a way to connect and bring awareness into your body, then moves to a series of warm ups to get the body ready for the poses.  The class continues to move at a gentle pace where attention is paid to alignment.  This class will leave you relaxed, centered, and mindful.  This class is held on Wednesdays from 11:30 to 12:30.  $15 dollars for drop-ins, or one class on your Prana class card.

More information about the two classes available at www.pranacenter.com or email Kelly with any questions at kdichiara@mail.com.
