C.A.R.E. is important at the Placentino. It stands for cooperation, acceptance, responsibility, and effort. "We are celebrating Placentino's community C.A.R.E. for our Book Drive to benefit Reach Out and Read. The school collected 1,637 books. Each family who participated provides a sense of C.A.R.E. demonstrated at Placentino and in our Holliston community," says Susan Gleason, Assistant Principal. The Reach Out and Read organization promotes reading and school readiness by distributing 6.5 million books annually to children through the group's medical providers.
