Affordable Housing Opportunity in Holliston
An affordable two-bedroom condominium at 31 Regency Drive, will be offered via LOTTERY to a selected eligible household for $90,000. Unit 31 is a desirable end unit and contains 720 square feet of living space with a living room, dining area and kitchen. The unit also includes a full, unfinished basement, and a deeded parking space. It is being made available, with many updates, by the Holliston Housing Trust to offer more housing opportunities in the Town. Use and resale restrictions will apply to the unit.
Eligible applicants, with a complete application package, earning 60% or less of the Boston Area Median Income (1 person household – $39,540, 2 person household – $45,180, 3 person household – $50,820, 4 person $56,460), who also meet the $75,000 asset limit, will be entered into the lottery. Applications will be accepted through March 11, 2015 at 1pm. The lottery will be held on March 24, 2015 at 7:30pm.
