Please join the Holliston SEPAC and PTSA in welcoming Brain Fit Academy Monday
October 27th from 10am to 11am in the Gilman Room at the Holliston Public
Library.  This is a free offering, appropriate for parents of children K-12 who
are looking for ways to help their children increase focus, organization and
decrease anxiety. Their approach is to empower children and families to better
understand how their brain works and use movement based tools to improve brain
organization.  The program also fosters self awareness and independence.  More
